Catalog Description:

Orientation to helping service agencies and practice in deloping interviewing skills under professional supervision. A thirty-hour practical experience involving active contact under supervision with handicapped persons enables students to experientially explore their own abilities, to try the helping role, and to get acquainted with clients and helping agencies.
